The location was perfect, at a walking distance from an aqueduct-fed rococo fountain. And it was also near to the Coliseum, Pantheon and an incredibly luxurious shopping mall. Got king room when arrived, truly enjoyed that. A safe, central heating, and an iron were appreciated.

The quadruple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was airy with a queen bed.

The property was fairly clean with exceptionally pleasant staff. Terrific service, although a few employees were very unhelpful. The hotel was right by taxi, all the shops and main monuments such like Trevi Fontaine thanks to its marvellous and perfect location.

Pity, but the beds were too hard.

The room was a beautiful painted ceiling and available with excellent water pressure and a beautiful painted ceiling, as for instance. It was nice to have an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware available. Location: the hotel was near to Colosseum and Vatican, Fontana di Trevi, and the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.

Particularly good and excellent location for visiting bars and restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Trecaffe' nearby. A private safe, central heating, and an iron available in the triple room. Local food for breakfast.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location, with a cozy bar offering a delicious breakfast just a short walk away. The daily cleaning ensured cleanliness, and having an espresso machine in the room was a great perk.

Felt perfectly at ease throughout our stay, with nothing to complain about.

The location was good and the room, linen and towels very clean.

The breakfast had to be taken in a coffee shop outside the hotel and consisted on;ly of a hot drink and croissant.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, offering a good size for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was excellent, being in the center and within walking distance of important historical sites, restaurants, and a luxurious shopping mall. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to provide helpful information and assistance.

The noise level in the room was quite high, as the windows were not double glazed. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, especially with the noise from the street and passing cars.

Eva was extremely friendly and charming. She went out of her way to help and did an excellent job communicating with us in English. She was accomodating in all ways and I would highly recommend her B&B if you are looking for a centralized location to visit the many sites in both ancient Rome as well as the Vatican. The B&B was within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from many sites and the subway and bus stops were also close by.

There is no real parking unless you are able to find a spot on the street (virtually impossible) or want to park at a public lot for approximately 15-20 Euros a day. This parking dilemma is not uncommon though in Rome. The breakfast could have had a little more variety.

The rooms are a nice size and air-conditioned with a shared bathroom, excellent water pressure plus shower further away and the staff are very friendly.

We had a lovely romantic weekend getaway. The complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates in the room were a delightful surprise. The hotel was conveniently located near all the major attractions we wanted to see and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean with all the amenities we needed.

The walls were very thin and we could hear noise from other guests in neighboring rooms. The shower was quite small and the hot water ran out quickly.
